“What an amazing experience. The chef we had was fantastic. Ready to help when needed. His explanation of what we were doing allowed us to really experience pasta making. We met some very interesting people and enjoyed their company while making the pasta and then while enjoying the end product in their restaurant. Certainly recommend this experience”

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 22 reviews · 3 hours (approx.) · from $214

Spend about three hours in a Siena home with a local Cesarina such as Ilaria, Alvaro, or Enza. Start with aperitivo, learn to roll and shape fresh pasta, prepare tiramisu, and eat what you make with drinks and local family recipes.

“Our night spent with Ilaria was one of the best nights of our 2 week trip in Italy . We cooked 2 types of pasta and tiramisu. She also had a “baby tiramisu “ for us to take back to the hotel to enjoy another night! Ilaria was warm, kind and generous! We shared the lovely meal with her husband and 14 year old daughter. Everything was delicious! Homemade ragu, bruschetta, wine completed our meal. Ilaria was a great teacher and I would highly recommend an evening spent with her at her beautiful home outside of Siena.”
