4.Tagliatelle & Ragù Home Cooking Class with wine

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 55 reviews · 3 hours 30 minutes (approx.) · from $90

Join a small group of up to 10 in Bologna for a hands-on home cooking class led by hosts such as Irene and Marco. Learn fresh pasta and traditional ragù, then eat three pasta courses with wine, water, coffee, and dessert or fruit. Some seasonal pasta changes may apply.

“Our guide, Nicol was so nice and informative. I highly recommend this tour if you are looking to learn about Bologna's history and a bit of the history of the food culture. I am also giving four stars because I really thought I would be learning how to make pasta, or at least watching the process. But we really, really loved Nicol and her mother, and it was really awesome to be in the kitchen with an Italian mother and daughter we were a mother and daughter, too and connect over our similarities despite speaking different languages.”
